That was the only thing I could think of when I snapped this picture! 
He looked so majestic until about halfway through taking pictures he started preening. Then, without warning he shook himself much like a wet dog, causing his feathers to all puff up! XD
But after a few seconds his feathers lay back down into place and he again resumed his dignified stance.
